Nike+: Kinect Training features not only full body fitness using
Microsoft's Kinect controller but real world training partners of high
quality and reputation.
Nike+ Kinect Training enables Xbox 360 owners who have Kinect to develop custom training programs using professional training techniques without having to leave the comfort of their own homes.
Using Kinect technology, the AI has been developed using the real world Nike personal training coaches, drawing on that experience to assess body movement, physical strengths and actual athleticism and using this data can identify areas for improvement. These personalized workout plans then use real-time feedback to make sure positions and movements are correct, enabling the “Nike+ Kinect Training” custom programs evolves along with player fitness.
To keep motivation up, users get an assessment every four weeks. If that's not enough, they can connect with friends over Xbox Live to share a workout. To take it even further, compete in challenges and use the mobile companion app to take your workout with you wherever you go.
